What's Next

What's Next is such a great two words. In my life I need to be constantly asking God what's next. Why you might ask. Shouldn't I be happy with where I am? Well the short answer is no. I love my family, I love my job, I love my life, but if I just sit back an enjoy it who will that serve? Me. Is that what God placed us on this earth for? No. It's not about me but about Him. So as we as a church continue to find ways to reach the thousands all around us that Ed talked, let's say to ourselves what's next. For many of us what's next is not what we can imagine. As God shows you what's next for you, concerning service of the church, I pray you will step up and do it. It's not about you, us or me but it's about Him.

Hang on baby

No news is good news right now on the baby front. Nothing new to report. I would be great if little Samuel can stay in till end of next week. We will see. Anyway, I'll let you know when something happens.

Oh baby

Dawn called me a few hrs ago and let me know that Angelica is already 3 cm. So baby could come anytime between tonight or 2 weeks from now. I'll let you know. Can you say cinco babies?

Tech team everywhere

What a cool weekend for our team. This has been a dream of mine from the very beginning that our team would be big enough to be spread out all over the county doing all types of events some paid some volunteer all at the same time.

Here is what happened:

Fri - Bill and David were preparing for a wedding shoot at a reahursal
Sat - Donnie was shooting a dance recital, Bill & David were shooting a wedding, and KC, John and Lori were working the Hispanic Celebration with Jason Collins running another one of our cameras.
Fri to Sat - Becky, Matt, Simon, Austin and Philip were reviewing how Believe was doing on their camera work. They realized we do a pretty good job.
Sun - Keith directed a great service.

I just wanted to share with you how cool this weekend was for me. I'm just so excited that all of you have grown so much in your craft that we can do so many events. As we grow there will be more and more opportunities for us. We represent Christ in all these places through our excellence and attitude. Thanks for being willing. As you continue to grow in your skill, our team will improve as a whole and there will be more and more chances for us to represent Christ as we use our skills.
