Orlando and baby update

First of all, update on baby is nothing new. Still in a holding pattern.

Now Orlando. Great conference on expedential church growth. So not much for us as a tech team but lots of cool stuff. Saw a cool rap / hip hop team Donnie would have loved it. Also saw some strange boxing. Ok for the good stuff. I was able to hear and be in many q & A sessions of guys that I have read about and feel like I know due to reading their blogs so much. They are the leaders of church growth across the country. Main speakers were from California, Chicago and Charleston. Well, you can guess that any trip with our staff is a crazy crazy time and this trip did not disapoint. We had lots of fun. Talked about tons of church stuff and are really getting ready for what's next for our church. Have you asked yourself that question yet? See earlier post. Well glad to be back and looking forward to looking over Becky's shoulder as she directs an awesome service tomorrow.

excitement

Well I'm trying to finish up some work tonight before I go out of town. I along with most of the staff will be attending a church growth conference this week in Orlando. We are praying and working hard here to come up with ideas to reach the thousands of lost people that are right around the corner from all of us. We have some great ideas that I'm very excited about. Please pray for us, now I really mean pray for us as we work out all the details of our church's next steps. I've been involved with church staffs for over a decade and I can say I have never been as excited about what's next in a church as I am right now. Thanks for serving in an awesome church that God is using daily to change lives.
