Below is the schedule for the Saturday April 7th run through:
8:15am Sound ops need to arrive and turn everything on
8:30am Both bands arrive and get instruments tuned and ready. Prompter, lights, computer & video directors need to arrive
9:00am Sound check with both bands. Vocalists, Drama, rest of Video team need to arrive.
9:30am Vocal and mic check (vocalists and drama)
10:00am Countdown starts
We will continue to do run throughs until we have our timing correct. Be prepared for this to take some time.
We hope to be finished by lunch, but be prepared for it to last longer.

WOW!! Sounds like a great (busy) weekend. I can't wait. Let's remember all those who will be participating and especially those who will be attending (hopefully the attenders will turn into participators). We should start praying now for success and that we will reach many for Christ. After all, that's why we are doing this, right?
